Shipping costs

Courier delivery within Australia is included in the product price. Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

Shipping & delivery

Courier within Australia: Orders are dispatched daily, Monday through to Friday. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow 3-5 working days for metro delivery & for rural delivery, please allow 5-10 working days. All parcels require a signature on delivery. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.

Refund & returns policy

Finding Bella does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. Please contact findingbella@mail.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible. For Australian returns, all exchange items will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered. Allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed. For faulty items please email findingbella@mail.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the product and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

Finding Bella does not cover the return shipping costs — this cost is at your own expense. We recommend using a reputable courier service to return items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Finding Bella is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned or items damaged in transit. Please get in touch to request a return address. As this is a luxury beach umbrella, you will have a twelve month warranty on this umbrella should something outside of reasonable wear and tear occur. Photos of the product must be sent to findingbella@mail.com to assess first and product must have been looked after in an appropriate manner to be considered.
